Today I did a 5 mile run. I'm still ridiculously sore from my lower body workout on Monday, so the run was pretty slow. I know that getting the mileage is what' simportant, but I really need to get myself back to normal soon. I'm also not feeling that great today. Not sure if lunch is bothering mu stomach, stress, or my terribly difficult schedule this week. My life is non-stop. And of course, with our families over last night, and my baby niece being there, I know that the thought on everyone's mind is "when are you two going to have kids"! Whatever! But I always feel kind of guilty about it. Like I'm letting them all down by living my own life. Ugh!
Anyways, my ankle is bothering a little bit too. Not sure why, probably because my run was so stiff, my gait was off. Great! Well, I'm teaching water aerobics tonight so hopefully that will loosen some things up for me. We'll see.
